Update 0.4 - The Raymond Update

Hello, and thank you for your continued support of Chemistry Festival.
This hotfix includes several additions that should've been in during the release of the game. Testing your own game gets fatiguing after a while.
Additions:
- MacOS and Linux support! (untested)
- The developer remembered he is no longer using Unreal Engine for this project.
- UI scaling can now be set through the settings, comes with 3 modes, small, medium and large.
- Mouse Sensitivity setting is now a Slider ranging from 1 to 15, allowing for more fine tuning.
- Version Tag added to the bottom right of the screen in the menu.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed tutorial screen not scaling properly.
- Fixed a crash caused by a splitting a mission object in Story Mode.
- Fixed a soft lock due to a mistake in Mission Object spawning order.
- Fixed a couple of Questions which had wrong formatting, answers and questions.
- Some causing soft locks.
- Blitz Balance Panic Score Screen improvements (which should have been in the game to begin with)
